We currently offer limited in-store shopping hours on some Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Hours are published on our instagram profile weekly. Please check our instagram profile for open hours BEFORE you plan to visit us in store.

No. Any items purchased online will be shipped.

No. The only way to guarantee an item is to purchase online for shipping or purchase in store.

We do not restock all items. However, we try to restock our best sellers as needed. Any restock details will be published via email or instagram. 

No. Vendor or supplier information is not available for sale or public use. 

Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

You will receive an email with your tracking number after your order has been processed for shipping and forwarded to a ground shipping carrier for delivery. 

All orders are expected to arrive within 3-4 business days of shipping. RJB Apparel is not responsible for any shipping delays once the order has left our warehouse and has been placed in the care of a ground shipping carrier. 

All orders are processed for shipping within 3-4 business days of purchase. Our business days are Monday through Friday; weekends and holidays are excluded.

All merchandise sales are final.RJB Apparel does not offer refunds or exchanges. Once an order is placed, no changes, updates or cancellations can be made. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. A valid residential or commercial address is required at the time of purchase.
